Elmiur stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and process for warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage and damage caused by failure to follow product instructions are also excluded.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@elmiur.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or issue a refund for any product found to be defective under this warranty. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Elmiur. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects.
