Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elmiur.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@elmiur.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
